Q:I have just got off tutorial island. Now What Do I Do?
A:The best thing to do is to choose what combat style you would like to fight with and then train on the cows near Lumbridge until you are about level 20.


Q:I have just been scammed and lost all of my money and items. What do I do?
A:Well, you shouldn't have got scammed in the first place, remember to check the second trade screen for a few seconds to make sure the player you are trading with isn't trying to scam you.


Q:How do I make an account?
A:On the Runescape home page there is a button saying "Create A New Account(Free Account)", click on that and follow the instructions. Note: You have to be 13 years of age or older to make a runescape account.


Q:I have seen sites selling Runescape money and guides. Should I buy one?
A:No! Rule 12:No real life item trading. If you get caught buying or selling items such as runescape money or accounts then your Runescape account and your acount you are using to buy the items with will be banned. Runescape guides are ok to buy but mainly they are only to make money for themselves, not to actually help you.


Q:There are people being abusive to me on Runescape. What should I do?


A:Ignore them and report them, the report system works that when you report someone it takes a look at what the offending person has said in the last 1 minute so report them before 1 minute. Do not be abusive back as you could be banned.


Q:Someone called me a noob, should I report them?
A:No, a noob is a word on runescape that can be used. It merely means someone who is being annoying and acting like they know something when they don't.


Q:I see my friend swaring and being abusive to another player. Should I report him?
A:It's up to you really. If you feel like he deserves to be banned then yes but if he is your friend maybe you should let the person he is offending decide.


Q:A player asks me some personal questions. Should I tell him?
A:No, you should report him for asking personal questions and kindly tell him that you would prefer not to tell him.


Q:I see someone typing exactly the same thing over and over again extremely quickly. What is he doing?


A:He is using a program that types the same thing in on runescape every 5 seconds or so. This is called macroing and is against Runescape rules and regulations, you should report him.
